If you want to know more about how to view your service statistics in SalonLife—to keep an eye on booking numbers, service revenue, and get a sense of service popularity and other key metrics—you’re in the right place!
With service statistics, you can quickly see:
- How many services have been booked over a given period?
- Which services are the most popular?
- What share of your revenue do services make up?
- How long do services take (in bookings)?
- How many bookings were canceled or marked as no-shows?
SalonLife makes it easy to change the date range and add extra filters (such as booking status), so you get exactly the data you need.
How Do You View the Statistics?
- Go to the Apps page.
You’ll usually find the Apps page in the top menu bar. - Select "Statistics & Reports".
This page brings together all the key reports, including a bookings overview, staff summaries, payment reports, and much more. - Open the Popular Services statistics page.
- To view services, select the Popular Services tab.
- The list that opens shows every service booked during the selected period.
- Set the Time Period
- Click the arrow next to the default date range (e.g. “This Month”).
- Choose the right time frame: “Last Month,” “Last 3 Months,” and so on.
- If needed, you can use advanced filters to display, for example, only bookings with a specific status.
- View and Sort the Results
Find the total number of bookings, total revenue, duration, and more for each service. If you like, sort services by popularity, total bookings, or any other key metric.
TIP:
When analyzing service popularity, be sure to check the cancellation and no-show rows too. Sometimes this helps you spot whether a particular service tends to lead to later cancellations or no-shows.
We also recommend reviewing your statistics regularly, for example once a month or once a quarter. This gives you a better picture of trends and helps you plan marketing or campaigns based on your salon’s statistics.
