Online booking gives your salon a convenient, professional way for clients to book an appointment 24/7. Below is an overview of how to use and share it.

What Is the SalonLife Online Booking Page?

The online booking page is a page automatically created for you as a beautician or salon staff member, through which clients can book a time that suits them. If you’ve already entered your staff and services, you can send your online booking link straight to clients — every booking will start landing directly in your calendar.

Where Do You Find Your Online Booking Link?

  1. Open Apps.
  2. Select Online Booking.
  3. Under Your Online Booking Link, find the Copy button, which lets you copy your online booking link.

Check that all your services and staff are entered correctly before sharing the link. This avoids confusion and gives clients a smooth booking experience.

How Do You Share Your Online Booking Link?

Once you’ve copied the link, you can send it to clients in several ways:

  • Add it to your salon’s Facebook page, so followers can book an appointment with you in a single click.
  • Add the booking link to your Instagram profile description (Bio section).
  • Share the link personally via Messenger, SMS, or email.
  • Place the link or a button on your website (see the integration options below).

Integrating Online Booking into Your Website

Adding SalonLife Online Booking to Your Website

The SalonLife online booking page can easily be added to your own website too — either through a "Book Now" button in your menu, or as a floating button that moves along with the visitor.

1. How to Add a "Book Now" Button to Your Menu

  1. Open Apps → Online Booking and copy your booking page link (from the Copy button).
  2. Open your website management.
  3. Add a new entry to your menu and title it "Book Now".
  4. Paste the copied booking URL as the link.
  5. If you’d like, mark it so the link opens in a new tab.
  6. Save and publish your changes.

2. How to Add a Floating "Book Now" Button to Your Website

If you’d like the booking button to follow the visitor and open right inside your page:

  1. Open Apps → Online Booking.
  2. Scroll down a bit until you reach the Website Integration section.
  3. There you’ll find the script code, which you can copy.
  4. Choose whether you want to add:
    • a simple text button (e.g. "Book Now"), or
    • a floating button that’s visible on every page and sits in the bottom-right corner.
  5. Place the copied code in your website’s header, right after the <head> tag.


After saving, visitors will see a "Book Now" button on your website, letting them book an appointment without ever leaving the page.

PIN Code Functionality

Want only certain people to be able to book online? Add a PIN code to your salon location:

  1. Open Apps, then Online Booking, and go to the Preferences page, where the PIN code setting is located under Location.
  2. Activate the feature and enter your PIN code. Share the PIN code only with the clients you want to.
  3. When a client enters the online booking page, they’ll need to enter the valid PIN code. Otherwise, they can’t select services.

This way, you can be sure that only the clients you’ve shared the code with are able to book.

Design and Adjust Settings to Your Own Preferences

Beyond sharing the link, you can flexibly customize your online booking page. You can set your booking page preferences from the Preferences page:

  • Background image and colors: choose images you like, or use the built-in designs.
  • Booking tab content: set up buttons and directions the way you like.
  • Collecting client data: choose whether additional info (e.g. birthday, notes) needs to be requested, and whether those fields are required.
  • Booking terms: add terms that must be agreed to before booking.

The online booking link gives you the freedom to let clients book their own appointments, while you keep full control over the whole process.
