Duplicating bookings (in other words, creating a new booking by copying the same client’s and service’s details) can be especially useful when your client wants a new appointment. This lets you create a new booking quickly and conveniently, without having to re-enter all the details by hand every time. Below, you’ll find a short guide to using the booking "duplication" feature.

Duplicating a booking lets you:

  • Copy an existing booking’s details (client, services, additional products, etc.).
  • Avoid re-entering a booking by hand when a client orders the same service again.
  • Save time and reduce the chance of mistakes.

TIP:
The booking duplication feature is handy to use when a client wants a new appointment and always books the same service. This speeds up the whole process of setting up a new appointment even further, without having to look up the service and client name again from the list.

"Duplicating" a booking helps save time and cuts down on repeatedly entering bookings by hand. If you need to make a new booking for the same client who often wants the same service, just a couple of clicks will do it.
Use the Copy button on the existing booking, adjust a few details if needed, and the client’s new appointment is set!
