  1. Set up one full work week in the calendar, for example Monday through Friday, with the times you want and any breaks if needed.
  2. Click on any date within that finished week.
  3. Select Copy Schedule, then Copy Week.
  4. Go to the week you want, click a date within that closed week, and select Paste Schedule Here.
  5. The whole week you entered is automatically transferred to the copied dates.

This option is useful when your work schedule is similar every week. This way, you avoid setting up every single day again.

3) Selecting Specific Days (Mini-Calendar)

  1. Find a day in the calendar whose work schedule has the start and end times you want.
  2. Click that day’s date.
  3. Select Copy Schedule and then click Select Days.
  4. A small calendar opens where you can add the work schedule to the dates you need, all at once. Just click through all the days you want, one after another.
  5. Once all the days are selected, click Paste.
