The Statistics & Reports page brings together various data about your salon’s day-to-day operations. You can track your number of bookings, revenue, and total hours worked, and see how your business develops over time. The statistics also include a visual graph that gives you a quick, clear picture of your salon’s financial health in daily, weekly, and monthly views.

- Month view → useful for tracking longer-term trends when you want to assess your salon’s overall growth.
The graph shows:
- Number of bookings
- Revenue
- Total hours worked
- Average hourly rate
More In-Depth Features
Beyond the general overview, you can see different information in more detail on other tabs. These are found in the Statistics & Reports menu, where you’ll find, for example:
- Overview by Staff — detailed data on each staff member’s bookings, revenue, and hours worked.
- Payments by Staff — shows how much came in through cash, card, and other payment methods.
- Popular Services — helps you identify your most popular services.
- Product Sales & Usage — keep an eye on which products are bought most often, or which get used up fastest.
- Inventory Movement and Stock Level CSV Files — let you analyze changes in product stock levels in detail, and download your current stock levels.
Each tab has its own features and filters. Choose your preferred period and see which numbers are displayed for you.

Why Is This Useful?
- Business analysis: Get a quick overview of when your salon is busiest with clients, which services are most popular, or which staff members are the most booked.
- Workforce planning: The statistics help you forecast future staffing needs and figure out when you need more staff on hand, and when you can get by with fewer.
- Optimization: Thanks to your sales and booking statistics, you can see whether you should sell more products, promote certain services, or adjust your pricing.
“Statistics & Reports” is your best tool for understanding how your salon is doing. By using different filters and time periods, you can see both the big picture and more detailed data broken down by specific services, staff members, or payment methods.
Keeping a regular eye on your numbers helps you make better decisions and grow your business efficiently.
