The payment statistics report gives you a convenient overview of which payment methods your salon uses and how different staff members have taken payments. This makes it easy to track the share of cash, card, gift card, and other payment methods over a chosen period.
You often need a quick answer to questions like:
- How much cash came in this month?
- How many bookings were left without a payment method marked?
- Which staff members had the most card payments?
You’ll find the answer to all these questions on the Statistics & Reports page, by choosing the right report. You can also see more detailed booking-by-booking information on the Sales & Checkout page, though "Statistics & Reports" quickly brings together a summary of all payment methods.
How Do You View Payment Statistics?

TIP:
Filter or sort the data by column to see, for example, which staff member has taken in the most cash, or who processes the most gift card payments.
What Can You Learn From the Statistics?
- Based on the overall booking volume, you can quickly see whether all payment methods have been recorded correctly, or whether any bookings are missing a payment method.
- Broken down by staff, you get a clear picture of which payment methods each person mainly uses—cash, card, or gift card.
- You can easily compare payment method totals across different time periods and spot patterns—for example, when gift cards tend to be more popular.
If you’re looking for details on one specific booking, check the Sales & Checkout page. There you can see the exact payment history for that booking, right up to the client’s payment.
The payment statistics report is a handy everyday tool for getting a quick overview of how your salon is doing across different payment methods. It makes it easier to manage your salon’s finances, track which payment methods your staff use, and make sure every booking is correctly recorded.
Whether it’s cash, card, or gift cards, the reports always give you a clear, adjustable overview you can use to make informed decisions about how your salon runs.
