Staff statistics give you an overview of how your salon’s staff are doing: how many bookings each person has taken, what their total revenue is, and how much time they’ve spent on bookings. This is especially useful for calculating pay or assessing workload.

How Do You View Staff Statistics?

  1.    Open the Apps Page
Go to the Apps page from the main menu.
  2.
  3.    Select Statistics & Reports
From the Apps list, go to the Statistics & Reports page.
  4.
  5.    Select the Staff Tab From the Top Menu
Once the statistics page opens, you’ll see the top menu options—select Overview by Staff, and an overview of every staff member who has worked opens up.

What Does the Statistics Show?

  •    Number of Bookings
The total number of bookings each staff member handled during the selected period.
  •    Booking Revenue
The total amount earned from bookings.
  •    Booking Duration
Total time worked, in hours or minutes, to help you assess how much time each staff member has spent.
  •    Average Hourly Rate
Calculated from the ratio of booking revenue to hours worked, so you can see the average earnings per unit of time.
  •    SMS Usage (if this feature is active in your salon)
Shows how many SMS notifications have been sent out for a given staff member’s bookings.
‍TIP:
You can choose different time periods (such as the current month, the previous month, or a custom date range) to display statistics for exactly that period.

Use the dropdown menu to choose the right time range and see more detailed information for a specific period.
  •    Sorting the Data
Click the relevant column header (e.g. “Number of Bookings” or “Revenue”) to sort staff members by that column’s value, in ascending or descending order.

The Staff tab in Statistics & Reports makes it easy to see who in your salon has the most bookings, the highest revenue, or the longest hours worked. Just pick the time period that suits you, sort the data as needed, and keep an overview of your salon’s activity always within reach.
