Online booking doesn’t let multiple clients book the same time slot. Parallel bookings for the same time can only be added manually, directly in the calendar.

If you’d still like to let several clients book the same time online, one option is to create multiple calendars (staff accounts). This works well, for example, if your salon has several machine-based treatments that don’t need a real staff member at the same time. In that case, you could create 1-2 new staff users and name them, and their services, after the machine treatments.

Keep in mind that creating multiple staff accounts means "switching" between different calendars, since not all bookings end up in one calendar.

To manage multiple calendars more easily, go to the calendar page and open all staff profiles from the purple navigation bar (click the rightmost button on the purple bar, which currently shows your name), then check the box next to every staff member.
