SalonLife.com marketplace is a beauty-services platform (https://salonlife.com/et) where salon clients can discover top-tier salons and beauty professionals near them (that’s YOU!) and book their next beauty appointment quickly and easily.

In short, think of it as the beauty-salon version of “Wolt” or “Bolt Food”—except instead of searching for restaurants and ordering food, everyone in Estonia can use the SalonLife.com marketplace platform to find and book beauty treatments at salons.

REQUIREMENTS FOR USING THE PLATFORM

To use the SalonLife.com marketplace platform, you’ll need:

• An active SalonLife plan

• To use online booking and offer beauty services to clients

• A correctly completed salon profile page

• No outstanding debts to SalonLife

HOW TO FILL OUT YOUR SALON PROFILE PAGE IN 5 MINUTES

1. Go to Apps → My Account → Salon Settings in SalonLife.‍
2. Fill out all 5 subpages (Overview, Settings, Logo & Photos, Services & Perks, Publishing).‍
3. You can gather inspiration for both photos and salon descriptions by looking at other salons on the SalonLife.com marketplace platform (via this link).
4. Make sure you’ve filled out the whole profile correctly and added the best possible photos, text, and so on (read more about which photos are allowed on the platform and which aren’t).
5. On the “Publishing” subpage, submit your profile for our review by clicking the “Make my salon visible on the platform” button.
   

Our team will then review your profile, and if anything needs a bit more tweaking, we’ll send you feedback. And once your profile is all set, we’ll publish it on the SalonLife.com marketplace platform too.

REQUIRED ELEMENTS ON YOUR SALON PROFILE PAGE

Please make sure all of the following are filled out correctly (!), since without them we unfortunately can’t add your salon’s profile page to the platform:

• Main photo

• Salon description

• Contact details (including the salon’s address)

• Staff profile photos

• Beauty category/categories & perk(s)

• Services (i.e. online booking)*

PS! Adding a cover photo, logo, and portfolio is optional.

PUBLISHING THE PLATFORM TO SALON CLIENTS

The SalonLife.com marketplace platform has been open to everyone in Estonia since March 2, 2023. The launch was preceded by a long preparation period, during which salons and beauty professionals using SalonLife could create a profile page on the platform and shape it into the best possible “mini homepage”.

You’ll find the link to your beauty salon’s profile page—which you can also share with clients—in SalonLife under Apps -> Salonlife.com -> Publishing -> Copy.
