To accept Ilukaart at your salon, you’ll need:
- Your salon uses a paid SalonLife plan.
- You can activate a paid plan here.
- Your salon has an active profile page on the SalonLife.com marketplace platform.

- Your salon’s representative has correctly filled out the Ilukaart activation form.

HOW DO YOU ACTIVATE ILUKAART FOR YOUR SALON?
To accept Ilukaart, follow these steps:
- Go to Apps in SalonLife, then select Ilukaart.ee.
- Enter your company details.
- Read and accept the Ilukaart terms of service, then click Next.
- Choose your payout method (SalonLife credit or your company bank account).
- If you choose bank transfer as your payout method, you’ll also need to complete a simple identity verification step—that is, upload a photo of an ID document and add the company bank account number where you’d like to receive payouts.
- Select which staff members are allowed to accept Ilukaart under your company.
- Done! 🎉
HOW DO YOU ACCEPT ILUKAART WHEN A CLIENT WANTS TO PAY WITH IT?
If a client books an appointment at your salon and wants to pay for their service with Ilukaart, follow these steps:
- Jump for joy — Ilukaart just brought you a great new client! 🎉
- Log in to your SalonLife account.
- Click the relevant booking.
- In the booking overview, mark Ilukaart as the payment method.
- Scan the QR code from the client’s Ilukaart with your phone or device, or manually enter the gift card’s unique code and click the magnifying glass icon.
- If there’s enough balance on the gift card to cover the booking in full, the system deducts the entire booking amount from it. If the balance isn’t enough to cover the full amount, the system shows how much it managed to deduct from the card, and the client can pay you the remainder using another preferred method (e.g. cash or card).
- Done!
