SalonLife lets you conveniently sync all your upcoming bookings with Google Calendar. That way, you can keep important events and your work schedule in one place and quickly check them from Google Calendar whenever you need to. Setting Up the Sync

     
  1. Open the SalonLife Apps page and select Integrations.
  2. Find Google Calendar and click the Connect button.
  3. Log in with the Google account you want to link your SalonLife data to.
  4. The system will ask for permission to access certain data — check the boxes and click Confirm.
  5. After a short wait, a connection is created between SalonLife and your Google Calendar account.

If no bookings appear in Google Calendar right away, give it a few minutes. Syncing can happen with a short delay.

Why Can’t I See My Bookings in Google Calendar?

  • Check that you’ve enabled the specific calendar in Google Calendar that shows your salon’s name. Sometimes the wrong calendar is selected, which is why events aren’t showing up.
  • Give the system a bit of time. If your salon’s upcoming bookings still haven’t reached Google, this can be a one-off sync delay from the initial setup.

What Should You Definitely Know?

     
  1.    Only Upcoming Bookings: Every booking with a start date from today onward is sent to Google Calendar. Earlier bookings, made in the past, don’t sync.

  2.    One-Way Data Exchange: For security reasons, all booking-related changes must be made in SalonLife only. Changes made in Google Calendar (e.g. moving a booking to a new time) don’t change the actual booking in SalonLife.

  3.    Booking Info: Clicking a booking in Google Calendar shows you the client’s name, service name, price, and contact phone number. This gives you a quick, convenient way to get the key details of a booking.

Connect your accounts, make sure your salon calendar is visible in Google Calendar, and remember that all key changes should be made in SalonLife itself.
