SalonLife lets you connect your existing client base to Mailchimp, so you can send marketing emails and newsletters quickly and easily. Below, you’ll find instructions on how it works and what to do next.

Why Connect Mailchimp?

Mailchimp is one of the world’s most popular email marketing platforms, letting you send memorable newsletters and build email campaigns for your entire client base at once. Once you connect Mailchimp to your SalonLife account, your client base updates automatically, so you never have to export or import client contacts by hand.

How Do You Connect Mailchimp to SalonLife?

  1.    Go to the Apps Page:    
    • Find Apps in the top menu.
    • From the menu that opens, click Integrations.

  2.    Find Mailchimp:  
    • Integrations page, look for the Mailchimp integration.
    • Click the Connect button.

  3.    Log In to Your Mailchimp Account:    
    • A Mailchimp login window will open.
    • Log in with your existing Mailchimp account, or create a new one if you don’t already have a Mailchimp account.
    • If you need a new account, click Create an account, then follow Mailchimp’s instructions.

  4.    Allow the Connection:    
    • After logging in, you’ll be asked to confirm that you want to connect your SalonLife account to Mailchimp.
    • Click Allow (or a similarly labeled button) to confirm the integration.

  5.    Select the Correct Client List:    
    • Once the integration is complete, you’ll be redirected back to SalonLife automatically, where you’ll see a notification confirming the connection succeeded.
    • Find the Mailchimp list you want in the dropdown menu, or choose Select List. By default, click Connect (or a similar confirmation button) to link that specific list with your SalonLife clients.
    • Once the process is complete, your SalonLife client data is connected to Mailchimp.
