SalonLife automatically creates an invoice for every service you pay for — whether it’s your monthly fee, annual fee, or an SMS credit purchase. For your accounting, it’s important to have all these invoices available in one place and easy to download. Here’s how to find and download your SalonLife invoices.

Where Can You View and Download Invoices?

     
  1.    Open the SalonLife website and log in to your account.
    Log in to SalonLife and click your profile picture (or icon) in the top right corner.

  2.    Select SalonLife Billing
    On the page that opens, select SalonLife Billing.

  3.    Go to the Invoices Tab
    On the SalonLife Billing page, there’s an Invoices tab. Click it to see the invoices for every paid transaction.

  4.    Download the PDF
    Every invoice can be saved as a PDF file. That’s all it takes to download the invoices you need and pass them on to your accountant, or use them yourself for bookkeeping.

‍ If you regularly use SMS credit, that also generates SalonLife invoices, which you’ll find in the same place.
