You can change your SalonLife account settings — things like your email, password, and first and last name — on the Apps → Account & Settings → My Account page, or by following the instructions in the image below.

It’s worth knowing that these are the details of the primary user who created the salon — in other words, the account owner. These are the details the salon owner uses to log in to the account.

The account owner’s details aren’t the same as what clients see for a staff member’s profile in online booking. You can change the staff profile details clients see (like the staff member’s name, photo, and description) separately, under that staff member’s settings.

To change the account owner’s details:

1. Open the profile icon at the top of the menu
2. From the menu, select Account
3. Open the My Account tab
4. Make the necessary changes:
   • first name
   • last name
   • email address
   • phone number
5. To save your changes, click Save

To change your password:

1. Click Change Password
2. Enter your old password
3. Enter your new password twice
4. Save your changes

Make sure both password fields match when you enter your new password.
