‍In SalonLife, you can add extra photos for every client and every booking. You can add photos on an ongoing basis from the Calendar, Bookings, and Clients pages, by clicking a booking or a client profile.

Important to Know!

• Only you (and your colleagues, if you work at a bigger salon) can see photos added to a client profile or bookings. Clients can’t see these photos.
• You can add an unlimited number of photos to both client profiles and bookings.
• Each photo you add can be up to 5 MB.

What’s the Difference Between Photos Added to a Booking and to a Client Profile?

• Photos added under a booking stay attached to just that one specific booking and aren’t shown for other bookings. These photos appear on the "Booking Notes" tab.
• Photos added under a client profile travel with every booking that client makes, and appear on the "Client Notes" tab.

Adding Photos to Notes

 
1. Open a booking in the Calendar or on the Bookings page.
2. Click the menu button in the top right corner and select Notes.
3. Add a photo to the Booking Notes or Client Notes tab.
