Sometimes you need to change a gift card’s appearance or details after it’s been created. Below you’ll find instructions on how to do that.

1. Finding the Gift Card

  1. Open the Apps page and go to the Gift Cards view.
  2. Select the gift card whose details or design you want to change from the list.
  3. Click the gift card to open its overview.

2. Changing the Design

To change the gift card’s design, follow these steps:

  1. From the gift card overview, select the Design button.
  2. You’ll be taken to a view offering eight different gift card designs.
  3. Choose the design you like best.
  4. Confirm your choice by clicking Save and Close.

Try choosing a design that best reflects your salon or the occasion the gift card is meant for.

3. Changing the Details

If you want to change the gift card’s details, click the “Edit” button in the gift card overview. This opens the following fields for you to adjust:

  • Value: change the gift card’s amount.
  • Validity: add or change the validity period.
  • Code: replace the gift card’s unique code if needed.
  • Status: mark the gift card as active or inactive.
TIP:
‍ Active status means the gift card is ready to be used right away to pay for bookings.
