SalonLife plans are built on transparent pricing. That means every essential feature and tool you need to grow your salon is already included in the plan.
Monthly and Annual Plans
In SalonLife, you can choose between a monthly or an annual plan. Both plans include exactly the same features — the only difference is the billing period.
Monthly Plan:
• The monthly plan follows the calendar month
• The plan starts on the 1st of the month and ends on the last day of the month
• Billing happens at the start of each month
Annual Plan:
The annual plan runs for 365 days, or 12 months, paid up front all at once.
Staff Count and Plans
Your plan is also affected by how many staff members you have.
Every staff member in SalonLife has:
• their own calendar
• their own work schedule
• the ability to be assigned services
• online booking preferences
• personal settings
That’s why adding each staff member comes at a cost.
Good to know! Once your salon has 5 or more staff members, the plan price stops increasing, and billing no longer changes as you add more. That means the plan costs the same whether you have 6 staff members or, say, 25.

Clients can book a slot 24/7, even when the salon is closed.
Staff and Client Management
SalonLife lets you manage staff calendars, services, working hours, and statistics all in one system. You can also keep detailed client cards with visit history, notes, and contact details.
Automatic Email Notifications
Every plan includes the ability to send clients automatic email notifications, such as:
• confirmation emails
• reminders
• thank-you emails
• win-back emails
• birthday emails
These help cut down on forgotten bookings and keep you in regular touch with clients.
SMS Notifications
