You’ll find all your online payment, payout, and service fee data in one place: Apps → Sales & POS. At the top of the page there are 4 tabs: Sales & POS (the day’s sales view), Online Payments, Payouts, and Service Fees. If your salon has more than one payout profile, make sure you pick the right profile in every view.
Online Payments
Here you can see every payment made through Stripe.
- Pick the right payout profile (if you have more than one)
- Click a single payment to see more detail, including the service fee (with VAT)
Payouts
This is where you manage the money moving from Stripe to your bank account.
- Click Refresh → a Stripe form opens (inside SalonLife — you’re not redirected to the Stripe site) → choose manual (you pay yourself out from time to time) or automatic (daily / weekly / monthly)
- You’ll see when an amount was paid out and when the next one is scheduled
- The amounts shown here are already net amounts — the service fee, including VAT, has already been deducted, so you see exactly what actually lands in your bank

Service Fees
Here you can see how much SalonLife has taken in service fees for processing payments.
- Pick the right payout profile
- On the 1st of every month, a consolidated invoice is generated for each payout profile, listing every service fee for that month
- Clicking the three dots at the end of the row lets you download a CSV file that breaks every transaction down in even more detail
That way, you always have a clear overview of your online payments, payouts, and service fees — all in one place, on the Sales & POS page. Remember: if your salon has more than one payout profile, make sure you’re looking at the right one.
