Yes—in SalonLife, the salon owner can choose which features each employee can access and which they can’t. That means access to the payments feature can also be granted or removed.

You can restrict employee access to the Online Payments & Invoices page through user permissions. To do this:

1. Go to the Staff page via the Apps menu
2. Select the employee whose permissions you want to change
3. Then go to the Permissions tab
4. Turn off access to the Online Payments & Invoices page

After that, the employee will no longer be able to view or manage information related to online payments and invoices.
