You’ll find an overview of payments received and paid out on this page:
Apps → Online Payments & Invoices → Payment Profile — click the three-dot button to see separate views for Payments Received and Payouts.

If you’d also like to see more detailed figures broken down by payment method, go to:
Apps → Statistics & Reports and choose either Payments or Overview.

From there, you can use the “This Month” filter to narrow the view down by payment method.

That gives you a clear picture of both your overall cash flow and the turnover for specific payment types.
